About Me...

The Sarcasticness. Loving every second of it. Another oblivious, knowitall teenager trying to separate delusions from reality. Lacks common sense, clumsy, easily amused, and is addicted to the common drug known as procrastination. On this small corner of the world wide web, I share pieces of that we all pursue. The rest? Probably a mystery--unless you get to know me better.

Interests...

Fun with friends, listening to music, playing guitar and piano, singing, writing, drawing, photography, videography, designing, video games, MMORPGs, online communities, money, fourwheeling, swimming, sledding, cardboard boxes & bubble wrap, along with all the other simple things in life.

It Runs In The Family

Okay, so this time, the random ironic event didn’t happen to me. For once, hahaha. This story is thanks to my dad, who was featured in my last post as well. I guess it just runs in the family.

Anyways, to the story.

So there’s this Mexican lady at our local gas station, and every time my dad goes to pay out, she always has some sort of trouble. Fed up with it, he was outside at the gas pump talking to one of his buddies. He went on complaining about how much this Mexican lady was dumb and stupid and bla bla bla. He can be quite predjudice, so I’m sure he brought something up along the sorts of that too. After he gets completely done with his rant, over the loudspeaker he hears her yell,

“I heard every word of that, you!!!”

L. M. A. O.

Now when he goes in the gas station she gives him this evil glare and he completely avoids her, doing anything it takes to get the other register person to pay him out for his soda/gas/etc. Classic.

Glad it wasn’t me this time. I just wish I could’ve been there. :P

On another subject, I recently confirmed the discovery of the new iPod nano. More space, better colors, ability to play video, bla bla bla. Wanna hear the kicker? Same price. I just bought the old one a few months ago. WHYYYYY. This time I was just doomed with horrible luck.

But at least I got a ride home from school today instead of having to stay there for four or so hours. Thank god. (My vo-tech got canceled for the day and with me having no class I could go home–but I wasn’t granted with a vehicle to drive today.) I should by my driver a gift, ’cause she was late for cadet teaching for me. Very grateful for her charity, indeed. Even though I did still have sit through all the lunch periods waiting for her class to be dismissed before I could go home, which probably consisted of an hour or so. But, hey, that wasn’t so bad. I got to catch up with a few friends and such in each lunch period.

I wonder what’s up with Despair & the other comment exchanges. I haven’t got an email to go visit any new sites and I am indeed unreported. Odd. Perhaps they’re all having server troubles at the same time. Looks like I’ll be having to get up off my lazy butt and pick some sites to comment on my own. I’m such a deprived child (hahahaha).

Take care everyone. Make sure you don’t talk about that annoying gas station employee out at the pumps–they can hear you through the speaker and you’ll be wishing you never did. xD

Ahahaha, I’m always looking over my back whenever I talk about people because something similar has happened to me.

Btw, yeah, it was Jade who sang the songs “Real Emotion” and “1000 Words” for FFX-2. =D

There’s this dude in my school who looks like he’s eight. Funny thing is, I think he’s older than me. By one year, I believe. O:

that thing with your dad’s pretty funny! i wonder if all gas stations have those speaker things… i mean, one gas station close to my house has it, but i am not sure if the person inside can hear everything people outside say. hmm.. i`ll find out. heehee.

yeah, been wanting to get a new ipod… those new ones are sure cool! oh well. i haven’t received any emails from despair either, i guess it’s their server thing. but i did get your link from despair (from browsing through the members page). =] have a great day!

My father steps into similar situations regularly, and when I tell him, he just does not care;-) and equally does not care about the evil looks he is given:-)

  5. Rawllie Says:

LOL your dad…. oh man that is hilarious!!

As for Despair… I actually did get reported by someone for not commenting. I barely receive the comments I am supposed to but I never bother to report people. I don’t take it that seriously. I am really late but at least I get around to it and permalink EVERY blog I comment on. I was supposed to leave a comment for you on Sept 3rd so I apologize but you’re permalinked. I hope you weren’t the one to report me hahaha.

  6. Lou Says:

I hope you Dad has learned from his experience at the gas station! That had me rolling.
The same thing with Despair happened to me too. They stopped sending emails and I didn’t get reported or anything. Server issues indeed.

  7. Lisa Marie Says:

Thanks for your comment. That is a funny story about the gas station. About Despair, I thought they deleted me and when I gotten an email from them, I was happy again :)

  8. Megan Says:

Even if that woman bothered your dad, it still didn’t give him justification to talk bad about that woman. All it does is make things worse. Oh well. xD

I don’t want an iPod. I don’t like to conform with the popular gadgets. I want another Creative mp3 player. :) I’m sorry that technology changed on you. The same thing happened with my brother’s.

  9. Mari Says:

Dads can be such jackasses (the sort with four legs and a tail) when they try. But you can’t help but love them, despite their flaws. Makes me feel lucky my Dad’s just that jerk in the movie theater who laughs really obnoxiously…

Despair was on the fritz for a week, but as you’ve noticed, it’s all fixed.

They really have microphones near the pumps? I’d better stop cursing and talking about how greasy the kids at our gas station are…

  10. Tiffany Says:

Wow, that would suck, but I guess that’s why you gotta watch what ya say ;)

Have you noticed that the Despair emails are coming again? :)
