Dreaming Again
I’ve been having the strangest dreams lately. Probably because a week or two ago I complained because I wasn’t dreaming at all; or rather
Most are dealing with events actually active in my life right now. It seems I’ve been having these dreams for about a week. I don’t think they’re all the same, but they all have to do with the same thing, and I vaguely remember parts of them when I awake. Sometimes I wonder if our dreams are actually trying to tell us something–but then again, it’s just our mind wandering after all. So how could it? Maybe I’m fooling myself…
In last night’s dream, something totally different happened within it than the usual. My dog, Wishbone, died. So now I’m worried, since WB hasn’t been in the greatest of health anyways. I don’t want to live that nightmare.
I guess we’ll see if the dreams continue along this weekend, as I believe they begun at my last.

You should try to write down as much of the dreams as you can. It might help, if anything you can try to understand the secret meanings behind your thoughts.

I don’t think dreams are really telling us anything that we don’t already know. I think the reason you dreamed about your dog is because it’s just been on your mind lately. I hope he gets better soon though. I think that’s the cutest name. It reminds me of the old show on PBS. It’s interesting how sometimes you remember dreams and sometimes you don’t.

Damn…do you keep a dream journal? You should try that. I have them kinds of dreams too. Some of mine somehow come true. I hope the one about your dog doesn’t though.

Once in awhile, I’ll go through a period where I have similar dreams and I wake up remembering them. For the last year or so though…I haven’t remembered a single one. I prefer remembering them…a lot of times dreams can be really interesting!

Let’s hope your dog will be fine.
I dreamt about my results last night. I was pretty darn satisfied until I woke up.

Some people say that whatever your dream is, it’s the opposite in real life. With the exception of some people… like my sister. Once she dreams about something breaking, believe me, in the next 2 days, that thing will break. It’s pretty scary. One time she dreamt about her friend she hasn’t talked to for 3 months, in her dreams her friend got sick… she didn’t call her right away to tell her or something. Instead, she called 2 weeks later only to find out that 2 weeks ago, she was hospitalized. It’s pretty scary!

I took a class on the psychology of dreams and dreaming and you’d be surprised what some people think your dreams can mean. Freud thinks it’s all about sex, but Carl Yung has a lot of interesting things to say about dreams. He’s really cool.

Dreams can tell you MANY things. Yes, our minds do wander around itself but it has meanings to it. Like how you dreamed about how your dog died…it just means you need to take REALLY good care of your dog until his time comes…or it can mean something different. But you telling us that he’s not a a good health right now maybe you should take really great care of him. I hope it doesn’t happen though.

Dreams are complicated stuff. I don’t believe that dreams can foreshadow anything, but I do believe that they give us some insight into things that are happening. I don’t mean that I think the things in your dreams will come true, I just think dreams have some meaning.
I hope Wishbone gets better soon.

I only seem to remember my dreams when I’m woken up in the middle of one, by an alarm or otherwise. And I’ve been having some very strange dreams, too.

I’m sure your dog will be fine. Dreams a lot of times are our unconsience minds way of working things out that are happening in our lives.
JUst give him love and attention.
But then again, when my aunt remembers her dreams, they come true. Thankfuly she dosn’t remember them very often.
But I’m sure your dog will be just fine.

I think dreams definitely relate to what’s happening in real life. I think all my deja vus are from my dreams.

Hope you dog doesn’t die but gets better.

Yeah, I never remember my dreams either. Not for… oh, 6 years? I remember parts of maybe one every other month – it’s a pretty rare occasion and I’m always jealous of dreamers because my life is always more exciting in my dreams and I want to experience it, lol.
I hope your dog’s health improves

I will do the same thing… I think I am not having dreams, and then all of the sudden I start having dreams again. I don’t think your dog is going to die. He’s too cool for that =). I know I had a dream the other night about my manager being the manager of Carlton Cards, and all my co-workers and I would visit her. It was bizarre, and it probably will never happen.

I have very vivid dreams every night, sometimes lucid dreams (when you know you’re dreaming)… I actually wish I didn’t dream, because they can be so tiring. Restless night, not good sleep, wake up tired in the morning.
